Bermuda Tourism

While at Boston-based advertising agency Fuseideas, I acted as Social Media Manager for their biggest account.

Owning the content calendar, I wrote posts and blogs while representing and evolving the brand voice to convey a friendly, guiding, and playful tone that captures the essence of Bermuda and its people. I also interacted with fans and analyzed key metrics to optimize engagement and drive web traffic/bookings.

Additional responsibilities included concepting and executing digital marketing campaigns and integrated business and blogger partnerships while working with the client and global agencies.

Highlights

Grew followers from 13K to 100K across channels, including 251% increase in FB fans in one year

Scripted and hosted Twitter chats, with event hashtags trending nationally and in target markets

Spearheaded promotional campaign/content series for the island's hotels, resulting in 50K+ direct engagement actions
